Multicam H Harness
« on: March 26, 2011, 08:22:42 PM »
I made this a little over a year ago for myself. I wanted a regular H-harness set up because I preferred a system where I would be cooler. I used 1000 denier Multicam on the front and coyote brown on the back. I styled it after a Blackhawk  H-harness I had when I was in the Guard. Let me know what you think.

Looks good. What did you use for the padding? Any reason for using some multicam webbing and some coyote webbing? Just curious.
Does this meet Mil Spec?
Mill Speck? Who the hell is Mill Speck?... and why would my gear want to meet him?

If at first you don't succeed, call it V1.0

I used 1/4" SBR -synthetic blend rubber for the padding.
I ran out of Multicam webbing so I had to revert to Coyote.

Good job. What machine did you use? Does it ever get caught up when going over multiple layers of webbing and fabric?

I use 2 machines. I have a Thompson Walking foot machine I use with size 69 thread that does get temperamental but will go through many layer of martial with no problem I also have Pfaff free arm machine I used for lighter weight and clothing projects. I will use the Pfaff on areas with difficult corners and areas I cannon get the Thompson to go to.
